The 20th PMR Club Meeting was held on May 10th 2015.

PMAJ has P2M Certification System and the examination. There are 4 levels of the certificate, i.e. Entry: PMCe “Project Management Coordinator Entry”, Basic: PMC “Project Management Coordinator”, Intermediate: PMS “Project Management Specialist” and Application: PMR “Program Manager Registered”. The highest level PMR is PMS qualified personnel and special certification system eligibility person.

The PMR certification has started in April 2002 just after P2M had released. P2M professionals was started in order to promote the birth of "new advanced professionals" in Japan. P2M PMR as professionals is "as a core leader of program and project management, who can practice the P2M" certified by PMAJ. Currently 73 persons have been certified.

PMR Club was founded for the purpose of membership mutual friendship and mutual enlightenment to hold the PMR qualification, and to contribute to the awareness of P2M, the value improvement, and the promotion. In order to attain these purposes, the meeting is held about once every two or three months. The 20th PMR Club Meeting has been held on May 10th, 2015.

In this meeting, one member currently working in USA has participated using Skype and exchanged opinion with others. The main agenda were “what is necessary for the promotion of P2M”, “the power of team at new organizational theory”, and “confirmation of current status and proposal for future activities”. Various ideas have been discussed including the plan that senior professionals (PMR/PMS) should organize their team and support its projects or programs related social or infrastructure.
