The PMAJ SIG “Utilization of P2M in IT industry”

 In 2012, The PMAJ has approached popularization of P2M (A Guidebook for Project & Program Management for Enterprise Innovation) in IT industry that program management is a strategic approach for core competency.
 Mr. Satoh, PM Alignment Inc. as the PMAJ SIG co-chair and SIG member researched the practical approaches how to make tightly integrates the organizational strategy with its implementation using case examples.
 They also have developed the training course entitled “Mastering Program Management for IT Professionals” based on research program which discussed in the PMAJ SIG for 2 years.
 Mr. Satoh was developed course materials in collaboration with the PMAJ SIG members. Mr. Hattori, Fujitsu Limited provided the practical approaches of P2M in IT industry. Ms. Shirai, Nihon Unisys was developed typical practical case examples. Mr. Satoh was received the 2013 PMI Continuing Professional Education Provider of the Year Award. This award recognizes exceptional skills in the delivery and implementation of a professional development program in project management.
 Course overview are as follows.
